Some hikes in and around Ramsau am Dachstein
"WM-Weg"
Loop in the cross-country stadium with the highlights of the Nordic World Ski Championships 1999 in Ramsau am Dachstein. Duration about 1 hour. Difference in altitude: none.
"Kulmbergrundweg Sportberg"
Easy going walk around the ‘Kulmberg', about 3 to 4 hours. Little ascents, paths through the woods. Lodges and inns along the way. Option: walk on top of Kulmberg with view to the Ennstal. "Fünf-Hütten-Weg" the classic type
Beautiful walk, suitable for families up to the Alm region. Marking number 6. Duration: about 4 to 5 hours as round trip. It is possible to take the public bus back to the hotel. The walk starts with a classic path on the plateau up to the mountain pastures over fields and through forests to the tree line. Starting point: Ramsau Ort / VAZ or Restaurant Edelbrunn. Great views of the Dachstein south face and numerous mountain lodges. And furthermore

Steirerstube, GH Edelbrunn, Dachsteinhaus, Brandalm, Austriahütte, Hotel Türlwand, Hunerkogel, Dachstein-Südwandhütte, Glös-Alm.
